For the past several years I have pursued and finished a Diploma in Integrative Nutrition to become a Certified Holistic Nutrition Specialist. I have studied and practiced extensively to be able to guide you with any dietary concerns and goals to make sustainable realistic changes to your lifestyle so that you feel the healthiest version of yourself.

Holistic Nutrition

What is holistic nutrition? It is integrative, which is pulling together all the pieces of someones lifestyle and health to figure out what works for the individual to bring them back to wellness.. It’s about what works for you.

The foundation of holistic nutrition is discovering what your body loves and what your body resists. There is no one size fits all to food, and in todays world, digestive issues and auto-immune conditions are rising and are vastly varied in terms of triggers and influences.

You can’t control everything in life, but through a holistic approach to nutrition and the simple act of making more nourishing food and lifestyle choices and improving your microbiome, you will have far greater control over your energy, vitality and quality of life.

How I can help

As a holistic health coach I look forward to going through this process with you to clean eating, wellness, movement and navigating the individual challenges you face with your health and well-being. 

My hope is by following this process you will feel empowered with knowledge and strategies to dissect the parts of your day-to-day life and crowd out the things not working for you and replace them with what makes you thrive. Best of all, it’s about putting the power in your hands, so you can eat the foods you enjoy and build a healthy lifestyle. 

What to expect

During our initial consultation I will spend time with you going over current health concerns, past history and how to bring about the outcomes you are seeking. Together, we will examine your diet, exercise and lifestyle choices and take a holistic approach to support you to look and feel your best. Discovering what good nutrition means for you, and how we can use food and movement as medicine.

After our time together I will prepare individualised recommendations and specific guidelines for the coming weeks to help you achieve your goals. This may include practical dietary changes, nutrient supplementation, herbs and/or some insights into thought patterns that may be impacting on your health.

Baby steps add up to major transformation over time.

I have always loved nutrition and movement but I haven’t always had a healthy relationship with it, and I have certainly had my digestive challenges on top of that. 

But as I have learned and studied in order to heal myself, I have developed a knowledgeable approach to creating the healthiest version of myself. Throughout this process I have realised just how much I can give and help others. Supporting YOU to become the healthiest version of yourself too.
