As a health coach, integrative nutritionist and yoga teacher my hope is to create a bigger conversation for people who are struggling with different areas of their health. You can always find a thread throughout your entire life that lines up… to me, wellness and health are the same thing and come down to breaking through that concrete wall between out heads, our hearts and our bodies. Being really aware of your body, being aware of how you feel, being aware of what's happening in your mind, and feeling like you have the tools to change that to succeed in becoming the healthiest version of yourself.

This is where I come in...

By taking a holistic approach to your health and addressing you as a whole, not just an array of isolated symptoms, I will help you identify the underlying causes of your health issues in all aspects of your life, and together we will create a personalised wellness plan that fits your schedule, your individual needs and your vision of your healthiest you. 

I see people who are at different stages of their health journey. But they all have two things in common: they want to improve their diet and health in some way, and they will do anything to get there.

Relationships, exercise, career and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. To me, this means trying to be your best self each day; that is a process and a journey externally and internally. 

Together, we will examine your diet, exercise and lifestyle choices and take a holistic approach to support you to look and feel your best. Discover what good nutrition means for you, learn how to use food as medicine and rely on me to support your journey towards improved health.

You can’t control everything in life, but the simple act of making more nourishing food choices, gives us greater control over our energy, vitality and quality of life. Know that you can change your life at any moment...all it requires is the decision to change course, to work through the challenges and to find the light on the other side.

What to expect from your first appointment

In the initial consultation I will spend time with you going over current health concerns, past history and how to bring about the outcomes you are seeking.
I'll offer you individualised recommendations to help you achieve your goals and will explain to you exactly why you need to make the changes and how they will help you.

You will leave a consultation with a plan and specific guidelines for the coming weeks. This may include practical dietary changes, nutrient supplementation, herbs and/or some insights into thought patterns that may be impacting on your health.
