Kate’s yoga classes ‘TwoTwentySix’ and ‘WakeUpYourSpine’ are choreographed from the Bikram/Ghosh lineage class, in a room, which is ‘warm’, no more than 30 degrees, heated with Far Infrared Heating. Like many before you, you will find that practicing yoga in a warm temperature controlled room creates a satisfying and almost addictive feeling of wellbeing.
My teaching style is athletic, strong, empowering, and infused with my desire to affect a deeper change. Having taught for years, my belief in the benefits of Bikram’s Method of Yoga has only grown. The practice provides an opportunity to build a powerful connection between body, mind and breath. We use the body, to go in, peel back the layers of our own wellbeing, in a challenging and transformative way… we heal, we release and we find strength. The point is to make you leave feeling like you have done something amazing for yourself. The same voice that says 'give up' can also be trained to say 'keep going'.

Starting something new can be intimidating, but, you don't have to touch your toes, just come with an open mind. Give it a go. The yoga will meet you where you are. Come hydrated, wear comfortable clothing, and bring with you a bath towel and water.

BIKRAM/GHOSH LINEAGE CLASS : LENGTH BOTH 60 & 90 MINUTE CLASSES
Kate’s yoga class ‘TwoTwentySix’ is choreographed from the Bikram Yoga Method which is always the same sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a room which is ‘warm’, no more than 30 degrees.
Students of all levels and ages will benefit from this total body workout, designed to encourage you to build a lean, strong body and develop a powerful mind-body connection through physical exertion and therapeutic instruction, reshaping & healing your body as well as relieving stress & tension.
TWO TWENTY SIX | 2.26 | 6AM Lead class
6am on Thursdays Kate will lead a 90 minute Bikram Method class. This Class will hold only 7 students with Kate practicing with you and guiding you through your practice. Zero experience required. Join Kate on the mat to sweat, bend and start your day the right way!
WAKE UP YOUR SPINE
BIKRAM/GHOSH LINEAGE FLOOR SEQUENCE : LENGTH 45 MINUTE CLASS
Kate's yoga class 'WakeUpYourSpine' is choreographed from the Bikram Yoga Method, and is simply the floor sequence. This 45-minute class offers a wonderful opportunity to slow down, to breathe deeply, to soothe your nervous system and to stretch and open your body and mind. You will leave this class relaxed and deeply restored, ready for the rest of your day in the office. Room will be set a an ambient temperature, perfect if you don't wish to break a sweat.
Over the past 9 months the 'wake up your spine class' has been a welcomed stepping stone for students, creating movement in the body which centres around the spine and limbs in a space relative to the major planes in the body. This class is now by bookings only.
